How to Register (Japanese translation)

1. Students:

A. Fill out the Registration form (interactive PDF which can be filled out and printed) and the Photo permission form and mail both with your payment to Concordia.

B. Fill out the On-line registration form and hit submit. You will need to fill out the Photo permission form and bring it and your payment to class.

Those who haven’t registered by the first day of class should plan to arrive early (between 8:45 and 9:00) and register before class begins.

2. Enclose payment for the class fee

• Students $30.00

• Check payable to: Concordia Lutheran Church
• On line in bottom left corner of check, write:
  International Friends in Christ

3. Mail to:

4. Registration Deadlines

The class may fill up early.
Class supplies need to be purchased and available for the first day of class.
